Circles are a structured yet flexible approach for communication and creating change. The process draws on ancient and contemporary wisdom. Circles are used in a variety of settings such as workplaces, government, justice systems, schools, and communities.

Circles methodology can serve many purposes, including:

  • conflict resolution
  • healing
  • community and team building

Circles are implemented with all ages and can transform disagreements as well as serious crimes of violence.

Evelyn is the Founder/Director, Peace of the Circle and a Professor of Criminology at Kwantlen Polytechnic University
