- Circle Structure and Stages
- Practical Applications
- Facilitation Skills
Participants will gain knowledge, insight and practical tools useful for their personal and professional lives.
Circles are a structured yet flexible approach for communication and creating change. Circles are used in a variety of settings such as schools, workplaces and the justice system.
The Circle process can serve many purposes, including:
- strategic planning
- conflict resolution
- community and team building
Circles are implemented with all ages, from children to the elderly, and can transform disagreements as well as serious crimes of violence.
Dr. Evelyn Zellerer is a highly sought after international facilitator, trainer, keynote speaker and consultant, with over 20 years experience working with schools, police, prisons, government, organizations, communities and families.
Evelyn is a Professor of Criminology at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, and is the Founder/Director of Peace of the Circle.
The training will be held in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
