Kareem Khalifeh

Operations & Engagement Manager

Kareem brings over a decade of experience in marketing and project management. After beginning his career in the agency world, he worked with organizations across multiple sectors, helping brands clarify their message, strengthen engagement, and build meaningful connections with the communities they serve.

Over time, his professional path shifted toward supporting purpose-driven and conscious organizations whose work contributes positively to both individuals and the wider world. He became increasingly interested in personal growth, psychology, coaching, human connection, and the conditions that help people heal, grow, and thrive.

As Operations and Engagement Manager, Kareem helps support the people, programs, and relationships that bring Peace of the Circle's work to life. From participant engagement and community outreach to coordination and operational support, he works to create a welcoming, organized, and meaningful experience for all those who engage with our organization.

Originally Palestinian, Kareem was born in Jordan, raised in Dubai, and later immigrated to Canada. Growing up across different cultures has shaped his appreciation for diverse perspectives, meaningful dialogue, and the importance of creating spaces where people feel a sense of belonging. He is fluent in English and Arabic.

In addition to his role with Peace of the Circle, Kareem works as a men's coach and facilitator. He is passionate about fostering authentic dialogue and creating environments where people feel seen, heard, supported, and respected.

Outside of work, Kareem enjoys spending time in nature, reading, writing, and continuing his own journey of learning, growth, self-discovery, and decoding the human experience.
