Launching the World’s First Restorative City Framework
Be inspired by our Restorative Vancouver event and be part of launching the world’s first Restorative City Framework!
The Restorative Collective along with special guests from across many diverse communities, First Nations, government, legal system, and more came together in a huge beautiful circle to celebrate, share, and collaboratively move forward.
Listen to highlights of being restorative in action – from neighbourhood peacemaking to addressing gender-based violence, learning from Indigenous ways and more. It’s educational and uplifting to hear from leaders and organizations, including:

This first Restorative City Framework offers a comprehensive, clear vision and guidance for implementation.
It’s the result of a five year journey under the leadership of Peace of the Circle.

Living, working and playing on this beautiful earth is a gift and comes with responsibility. This framework includes a call to restore our relationships with all life and to uphold Indigenous and natural laws.
We recognize the inherent rights of First Nations and this framework is an offering from the unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (TsleilWaututh) Nations.
